South Dakota + Badlands National Park part I

written by Amanda August 1, 2012

Hot, hot, hot today. So hot that instead of stopping on the banks of the Missouri river as intended, we kept on driving. We drove and drove all the way to the Badlands where we’re now parked with an awesome view of the mountains at Cedar Pass Campground. It’s been a long day, so instead of describing the journey I offer you a photo tour of the day as seen through the car window.
